Marie-Laure Garnier, Célia Oneto Bensaid and the Hanson Quartet have devised a program based on the theme of nostalgic love. Starting with Ernest Chausson's Poème de l'amour et de la mer, arranged for voice, string quartet and piano, they draw the thread of passion in turn joyous and melancholy in Gabriel Fauré's La Bonne Chanson and Charlotte Sohy's Les Chants nostalgiques, recorded for the first time with this formation. They give their name to this new b-records album, which is a symbol of symbolism, grace and emotion. Released in January 2023, the album is France Musique's choice.
