Les émotions en musique

This book and CD set invites children to express their emotions through words, pictures and music, so they can feel them more deeply, put them into words and perhaps even sing them! Eight emotions are each paired with a piano piece by Robert Schumann, creating a vibrant musical rainbow: joy, fear, anger, love, disgust, surprise, serenity and sadness.

David Pastor is the book’s musical director.

Pauline Comis’s delicate illustrations reflect the world of childhood and complement Anne Crahay’s texts and poetry perfectly.
